Open a new Baseplate project in Roblox Studio and create a part to be your spinning block.

Steps
1. Open Roblox Studio and Select Baseplate

2. Create a New Part

Click on the block at the top of the screen to create a new part.

3. Rename Part 'SpinningBlock'

Right click on your part in the explorer and select 'Rename' - change the name of the part to 'SpinningBlock'.

4. Resize SpinningBlock
Hint: show details
Select the scale tool at the top left and adjust the size of your Spinning Block to make it longer. You can also change the color and material.

5. Anchor your block

Make sure that 'Anchored' is checked when you click on your SpinningBlock and look at Properties.
