Steps

1. Collect the parts

You can use a gear instead of a wheel and use a gray cross beam instead of a black one, as long as they're about the same length. 

2. Connect the gray L's with the gray bars

3. Connect the black cross beam and the wheel

4. Add the wheel to the gray bars

5. Use the yellow fasteners to keep the wheel in place

6. Find the back of the base

7. Connect the third wheel to the back of the base
